The expression 58 is the new 32 means that: years ago at 58, our mothers were ready to retire and start a quieter life and maybe get ready to go to an old folks home (lol). Today at 58, because the average age of life is longer, women age more slowly and look better. The food is better. There are antibiotics, etc. Vacuum cleaners, washing machines, ovens (etc) to cut down work, etc.... Therefore women are looking younger, staying at work, (where they are being paid) getting remarried and living like they are in their thirties. I first heard the expression as 50 is the new 30, but I adapted it for you.

thank you..No famous artists in these years as I could recall..I know that my Mothers' father The Last PIROLI' s Family Artists, produce the S.Vittore Church Altar, and him with and his Father produced statues for the Milan's most famous Cathedral the "Duomo", but being during the Fascism era and he was strong opponent with his father, he was forced to work in a cooperative, under the cooperative name, not to be arrested, their name exists only in the Cathedral's Arkive . As for the rest, beside the Family story from him I could find a short description of the Family history in an Artists Encyclopedia, this was 42 years ago, and very little I know about these artists, except that they use to work mostly for the CHURCH, as it was the normality in the Centuries, Painters and Wood, Marble, brass, iron sculptors.My grandfather died when I was very young and couldn't know more from him. I wish I could find more about this family, but it is very difficult..The only thing I have from my grand Father is a Mortuary Mask, he did of one of his daughters died at 2 years old, which have extraordinary properties, made of a special clay of his invention, which was launched by him from the 20th floor of a Building in Milan, and didn't brake.No one knows the formula..LOL.I may have been boring..sorry.. But tell me what's the meaning of :FESS UP?and 32 you mention wold be??My new age??LOL.. Thank you again, you are always so kind, and a real great Artist..
