What is this??? "We have just created a new fan relationship between (whoever & whomever)" What does it mean? Where exactly do you find it once you've been notified of it? And who is creating it ????? Who is (We)?????

This is a version of friendship ... but you don't need to approve it.
Look on "your friends" under "My Account" and you will see a sub menu far right where it includes "fans" and your fans should show up in a list.
