Umm go to 'My Profile' then click account settings then click 'Custom Layout' scroll sown till you see Upload personal picture then look up 'Animated Avatars' Then drag the image to the desktop and select upload then find it and wola. Also you won't see it on profile, only when you comment will you see it. Hopefully i was right!
