ok i honestly drew this today...on manga studio debut 4 today....its a pretty good program...its not as good as gimp...or as advenced...but its a pretty good site...you can buy the program at best buy i think for like about 20 or 30 bucks...idk my dad got it on my birthday (december 29th)...and i honestly havent asked him how much it is yet
