Mannamanna - I'm glad to hear this, creepiness is probably my favorite subject matter to explore. When my work makes people uneasy to look at it, I know I've done well.
ha55ha - I think the fear of a sociopathic, alien little girl with supernatural killing abilities is somehow preprogrammed into the human psyche. I certainly noticed the trend become popular in horror movies after "The Ring" came out (in the US, at least).
I was watching some horror anime on Netflix last night, and I drew most of my inspiration for this drawing from the titular character on a series called "Hell Girl"
It's mostly because of the eyes.

Hell girl is an interesting anime. I might find sometime watching it. I think this drawing you've done from the inspiration is more creepier than the anime.
The latest anime I've watched is "Hanada Shonen Shi" Ghost comedy.
I've been watching a ton of anime lately... I haven't watched any more of Hell Girl, but I got most of the way through Death Note (which is awesome) and I've been delightfully surprised by Chobits, which is much more hilarious than I expected.
I've never heard of Hanada Shnen Shi, I'l have to look it up.

I tried to follow up the anime on the cable but I failed.
The anime which I wanted to watch, Honey and Clover, is very hard to find in DVD. So I just leave it there.
