Skull ← a portrait drawing by Peterart

skull

humann skull 2010, Lets say my first more serious attempt to draw digital, as this one took a bit more time from me. I find digital art still a bit strange, I've been looking to others people works as well. I use layers, and air brush a lot, i less often draw or paint, also i use the eraser a lot. In contrast when i normal create art, i almost never touch an eraser, but here its kinda fun, see how i create the eye parts and shadows around it. I find this way of creating art very technical, splitting out my ideas into layers its not something i do usually. Although i understand the power of it, it still feels a bit unreal, on the other hand i think this is was digital art seperates from normal art, So these are the art tool / things one should use i think for this type of art

Nice

The replay does have some problems but nice drawing Smile I'm still trying out all the tools here too, although I think of it as normal art. Just a new medium to mix in with pens, pencils, brushes and collage. I love the undo in digital though, so much harder to do that with paint.

;)

yeah your right i wish i had such an eraser with my real water paintings Smile

Well i'm curious how good i will be with digital drawings so i will make more drawings, here.

As i find this website a lot more fun then photoshop or other drawing programs.

(Photoshop isn't realy for drawing i think its more for photo adjustments, there are better programs if one wants to draw)

But still even those better programs are well... to complex i think to be practical

to bad the replay of this drawing has some problems
