If a human behaved like that (and there are quite a bit of those, I know some...), then I would consider him a threat.
cold and calculated that's the code of a cold-blooded killer (or a cold blooded person, one who doesn't care about anything but the best calculated path even if it means hurting others).

eye is not hostile - it is analytical - thereby presenting an aloof and dure objectivity, commonly associated with those that hunt for their food.
