Incredibly eccentric and slightly creepy. Bwwwahahaaaa! The only thing she is missing is her "Pinkie" finger elevated while she is holding her tiny cup of tea. She is also very fashionable with her color choices and her fur collar. Oh, please I adore her multiple layers of pearls also. I'd love to read a story about this Lady of Elegance.
