First of all nice coloring and shading at the pierced skin.
I think almost every women have experienced the ear piercing and you know that it hurts a lot after the piercing ...hahaha...(I used to have 4 positions of pierced ears and it reduced to just 2 positions because I haven't used it much.) So, it's a fashion.....just like high heels that hurt our feet. Fashion may comes and goes. I don't know.

if anyone is crazy enough to get piercings such as this it should hurt. The chance of infection is a great risk, and your spine is not far off. So actually when you think about it these piercings could be very dangerous.
