a moon..beams of light thru the window.. (air brush in low opacity works wonders)clouds perhaps..stronger highlights,maybe outlining someone lying in the bed just a suggestion...next time you draw,it'd be better if you dont forget to add a focal point,little more details so the viewer gets the idea, no offense just a thought
