The dance had started around 7:00. It was meant to end around 1:00. leaving 6 hours. For Karmine, It seemed like she needed 6 years to simply get a date. She decided to go by herself instead, hoping to have someone ask her to dance or something once music started. Lloyd and Mazzy walked in after her. They wore simple suits while Karmine wore a pretty violet dress, which came knee length. It had a black belt thingy that wrapped around the small of her stomach and she wore flats for comfort. She had her hair pulled to the side, it was curled, showing the ombre swirl in different sections.
Peachy showed up soon afterwards, wearing a simple yellow tee-shirt and jeans. With a bit of encouragement from Leah. She had volunteered for cleanup crew. Since she wasn't big on social events, she headed up to the stage to watch Max set up. "W-what are ya d-doing?" She asked as he turned dials and tested different speakers. Max was in a bit of a rush since he had arrived late. "No questions now, 'Kay?" He mumbled as he took out his records and began writing down the different remixes that sounded good together. Plachy shrugged "a-alright then, s-s-see you later..."
I luh ya Poppy
Lloyd had abandoned the jacket to his suit, and untucked the shirt. Making it more confortable to his standards. He noticed Plachy out the corner of his eye and smiled, standing up to sneak up behind her, "Hello Ms.Plachy," He said with a smile.
"L-Lloyd!" Plachy squeaked as she spun around. "What is it w-with you an-an-and sneaking up on me!" She exclaimed with a half smile. She wrapped her arms around his neck in a hug to greet him.
Lloyd smiled, "Its cute when your scared," he joked, hugging her back.
Plachy buried her face into the crook of his neck. "It's been a w-while." she murmured.
He smiled, hiding his blushing face, "Yea... It has..." he sighed, resting his chin ontop her head.
Plachy wanted to sit in his arms longer, but didn't want to make him uncomfortable. She pulled away and smiled up into his face instead. "So- so what brings you to the da- dance?" Plachy asked curiously, resting her hands behind her back.
"Figured id actually show my existance for once..." Lloyd chuckled, Adjusting the sleeve of his shirt.
Plachy chuckled. "Well it's good to kn-know you still ex-ex-exist." she teased in a light manner.
